Fees

Psychological Assessment on Zoom or Face to Face (50 minutes approximately): £140

Psychological therapy sessions (50 minutes approximately): £140

Supervision and/or Business Coaching Sessions (1 hr approximately): £140

I can process BUPA, WPA and Cigna referrals as long as you share your membership number, authorisation code and number of sessions granted. For AXA patients you may be able to pay direct and be reimbursed depending on your policy but we do not deal with them directly.

Payment of Fees

Payment is normally made prior to each session by online bank transfer for a single or set number of sessions, or through insurance claims at the end of the month. Contact me now for new assessments face to face or over Zoom. 

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment please let me know as soon as possible. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation. Where there is less notice, or you fail to attend your appointment, the fee for that session will be incurred. Please note that you will be personally responsible for any missed BUPA or insurance provider sessions as they do not pay for missed sessions.

The therapist will endeavour to give you as much advance notice as possible in terms of holidays or of any need to cancel a future appointment.

Letters

Assessment and Discharge letters to GP for individual therapy and group therapy are not standardly completed unless by request. Any additional update letters may incur extra fees of £50 per letter needed. 

The terms that apply to you are those posted here on our website on the day you use our website. 

We advise you to print a copy for your records. They may change over time.
